Individual pins appearing on the accompanying maps represent the locations of clients for which testing services have been provided since 1992. Individual pins in larger municipal areas may represent multiple clients at that location. Clients listed under each pin are confidentially identified by a unique Project Code. Individual Project Codes do not reflect the total number of tasks provided for each client. Locations and client codes may be viewed by passing the mouse cursor over a pin.
State Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (SPDES) Permits are issued by the Regional Engineers for the NYS DEC. WET testing is not universally included in all permits and may be a reflection of the monitoring philosophy of the Regional Engineer. Consequently, the overall distribution of pins is a reflection of regional monitoring philosophies, manufacturing activities and wastewater treatment plant size in part.
Pins appearing on the US map are almost exclusively related to our WTC and Microtox testing services since 1992.
